Frost E. Gardner, PE, LEED AP

Frost Gardner has extensive engineering experience encompassing a wide range of project types for clients in the public, education, healthcare, and criminal justice sectors. Mr. Gardner’s background includes a wealth of experience in energy-related assessments, programs, and energy project design.

As a Director of Corporate Development at PQR US, Mr. Gardner’s responsibilities have included management of engineering operations and serving as the leader of the corporate growth in North America.  Mr. Gardner is A LEED Accredited Professional and well versed in energy conservation techniques and thermal storage; contract documents, specifications, and cost estimates; as well as contract and construction administration.  His background includes both refrigeration and air conditioning system design.
