Creating a modern city block in Stockholm. The building consists of retail shops and offices. A residential block of apartments and housing with spectacular views of central Stockholm can be seen from the roof top. The unconventional design required great originality and creativity throughout this project. PQR designed the HVAC, fire protection, electrical and control systems.
